Like all kinds of things, Kids Wiki has some rules for creating articles and using the forums. Here they are.
Policy
- Kids Wiki is a website for kids ages 7-17. Any user above 18 is not allowed on this site.
- Any Kids Wiki user must NOT use any offensive languege on their articles or forums. Any person that does will have their article/message deleted.
- Do not create messages or articles asking or others for personal information, such as their e-mail adresses, hometowns, names, or any other private information, or revealing any.
- Any inappropriate pictures or words on articles will automatically get deleted.
- Advertisements, spams, and complete nonsence or gibberish is not allowed on articles.
- Any account names or passwords with a real name or a bad word is not allowed, and users with them will be banned from the site.
- Articles about adult-oriented subjects will be deleted immidietly.
- Any pages with pure vandalism is NOT allowed.
- Do not copy from another website, book, another wiki, or anything else. This is called plagerism, and plagerism is against the law. If you copy off of Wikipedia, please tag it with the Wikipedia template at the top of the page.
- This is an English Wiki. Any pages in a different languege will be deleted. If you'd like to have a Kids Wiki in a different languege, you may request one.
- For younger kids, such as 4 or 5 year olds should not go on this website unsupervised. Always ask an adult if you are 4 or 5 years old.
- Always use good faith. Bad faith can start arguments and cause the Wiki to loose users.
- Please, please, please place requests on the requests channel.
